I
Didn't Receive My User Name & Password:
This is the question
most often asked. There are a few reasons why
you might not have received your username and
password, some of which are detailed below:
- If
you paid by E-Cheque then the system
does not automatically send out your user
name
and password. This is because PayPal
is set up like that. Paypal does not deem
your payment
made until the E-Cheque has cleared which
can take over 10 days. As such, if you
paid by E-Cheque then please contact us
directly.
For your interest, an E-Cheque is sent
when you have a PayPal account that is
set up
with your bank details but where the
PayPal account has no funds. If you want
to avoid
this issue then we suggest that you ensure
you have funds in your PayPal account
before you make your order.
- The
e-mail was blocked by your spam filter.
This is very common, but hard to identify.
Regular
payments result in the immediate automated
sending of your user name and password.
If you have not received your e-mail within
30 minutes then it might have been blocked
at some point. If you are using a free
web
based e-mail account then you might want
to check the spam or blocked folders.
Similarly if you are using an e-mail client
such as
Outlook with an anti-spam facility such
as Norton.
- Occasionally
customers note that they purchased the
questions quickly, one after the other
and received
the first username and password, but
not the rest. Whilst we have no idea why
that
might be, it could be worthwhile slowing
down on the ordering.
- Other
issues exist including server level blocking
in which your actual server is blocking
mail that originates from certain sources.
Because
the Bycon e-mails are automated their
headers may look a little different to
regular e-mails
and this can cause a server to reject
the e-mail It has been know for certain
service
providers to block e-mails originating
from certain ip ranges.
E-Cheques: E-cheques
are PayPal's way of telling you you don't
have any funds in your account. An e-check
is
essentially a payment set against your bank
account and can take over 10 days to clear.
Using e-cheques is the number one reason
why people don't Receive their username and
password. If you use an e-cheque you will
not Receive your username and password automatically,
you will have to contact us for it. We cannot
determine automatically who has or hasn't
paid by e-cheque as we may not look into
our e-mail system for days. If you have paid
by e-cheque then please contact us for your
username and password. Also, if you have
paid for a paper by e-cheque as revision
for a test you have the next day and don't
get your username and password in time then
we can refund your payment.
Refunds: There
are no refunds on orders that have been sent
out. If your user name and password has been
sent out then we will not refund your money,
regardless of whether you received it. It
is very easy for people to lie about having
not received their details. If you have not
received your user names and passwords then
contact us. If you paid by e-cheque and have
not been issues with your username and password
then we will refund your money if required.
My
User Name & Password Doesn't Work: I
short it does. One of the biggest problems
people have is that they think they can
access all the papers from the same link.
In fact, each link is separate. The easiest
way to ensure that you have the right link
is to visit the papers
page and to click on the link that
the username refers to. Make sure youenter
the username and password correctly taking
into consideration CAP LOCK etc. As detailed
in the this image:

Other
reasons why your user name and password might
not be working include misspelling, using
caplocks and not copying and pasting correctly.
In short if you contact us to say that the
usernames and passwords don't work we will
tell you they do. There have been thousands
of people who have used this service so much
so that errors of that nature have pretty
much all been worked out. The usernames and
passwords are hard coded into the system
and so they are 100% guaranteed to be as
we set them up. If we brought on board new
papers
with new user names and passwords then there
would be a short period in which these details
